It's happening on both ends of Dekum Street!

At one end of Dekum, Concordia University is taking out two blocks of single family housing and converting the area into a new soccer field.

At the other end of Dekum, two new developments are nearing opening -- Dekum Corner, a totally renovated building; and Dekum Coffee & Pie.

I wait with great anticipation these developments on Dekum Street!
